  • FOUNDER / CEO

    Jeremy Hodges is a leader in creativity, brand development, and transformative leadership with over two decades of experience. At 24, he founded his first agency, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and drive for success.

    Jeremy's agency quickly rose to prominence, partnering with industry giants like Netflix, Adidas, Bud Light, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, and McDonald's. His strategic approach and exceptional results made him a trailblazer in brand elevation and marketing. He has collaborated with influential creators such as Bill Gates, the Tupac Shakur Estate, Kendrick Lamar, and Lady Gaga, blending innovation, cultural resonance, and artistic brilliance.

    As a visionary leader, Jeremy played a crucial role in shaping The Annex, a cultural and entertainment network under Havas x Vivendi. His strategic vision led to two acquisitions and generated over $100 million in new value for Havas.

    Jeremy's creative projects include the Tupac Shakur: Wake Me When I'm Free Museum, The Bob Marley One Love Experience, and Mandela: The Official Exhibition. A force in both marketing and entertainment, Jeremy Hodges continues to shape the future of these industries with his deep understanding of youth culture and commitment to excellence.

    Brad is an accomplished executive with a long track record of running highly successful business operations. Brad, the former President of Pierce, an Omnicom brand experience agency, was responsible for turning the company around after a prolonged period of financial and cultural turmoil. 

    During his tenure at Pierce, he also served as the company’s General Counsel and on the board of the Omnicom Experiential Group, a collective of thirty agency offices in sixteen countries. Before forming Entity with Jeremy, Brad was an outside consultant to Jeremy’s creative studio, Project Art Collective, and advised on strategy, operations, and client negotiations.

    Brad has a law degree from Michigan State University and an undergraduate degree from James Madison University.
